Made it!
I've been making so much stuff lately, and somehow, stubbornly refusing to photograph it. Yesterday I mustered the strength; but by the time I got outside, it was raining. Well, I did it anyway, dammit! These are my favorite new thing I've made; I decided to put a little puff of wool roving in the bottles and I think it completes the look. Go me!

YES.
I try to stay away from Ebay, as it can be the worst time-suck ever, but today I've already committed to getting nothing done, so there you go. How beautiful are these acorns?

Billy Ball Ring!
Hey guys! As a kid, I thought that when I was a grown-up, I would be so happy because I'd have the freedom to buy as much "sugar cereal" as my little heart desired. And while I do eat my fair share of Lucky Charms (sometimes marshmallows first, oaty bits second), sometimes I hate the responsibilities and hardships that every adult has to face. More on this at a later date.On another, totally different note, I found this great ring by RecycledRings on Etsy that looks just like a billy ball (craspedia)! It's a little pricey, but pretty darn amazing.

I'm going to do this!
I found this little tutorial on Cheekystitch;I'm totally going to do it. If I have my facts straight, Peter went trunk-hunting for me today and found a good one for $15. We'll see what awaits me when I get home!
P.S. This project may require a trip to Paper Source, which is a reason to get started right away! God, I love that place.
