My mom is back in the hospital as of today; she went up to Stanford for a routine appointment and they found that the kidney was in rejection again. She will be there for a minimum of five days. It totally sucks, but I'm really glad that she was able to have Christmas at home. It's hard not to be discouraged (and scared) at this point, but I'm still hopeful.
