I love Japanese candy, but sometimes it doesn't taste as good as it looks. Chelsea Butterscotch is an exception; it's like the best Werther's Original you ever had. Even the inner wrappers are amazing; apparently the candy maker, Meiji, wanted to give it a swingin' British vibe.

I know! It makes you feel like a total VIP for eating it even though it only costs about 2 bucks. Also, it kind of makes me feel like I'm smoking, which I don't do. :)
